Syndicate Marketing, LLC (âwe,â âus,â or âourâ) explains here how we handle information through our website, marketing services, and communications.
Visiting our website or providing contact information does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing, call recording, or other activities requiring separate consent.
Visiting our website or providing contact information does not, by itself, constitute consent to marketing, call recording, or other activities requiring separate consent.
1. Information we collect
We use the Facebook (Meta) Pixel to understand where website visitors come from and measure advertising performance. It may transmit information to Meta such as IP addresses, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, referring pages, and activity on our website.
We do not request or use health or financial information.
If you voluntarily contact us, request services, or sign up for communications, we receive the contact information and message you provide. We use this information to respond, provide requested services, and manage your communication preferences.
2. How we use information
We use website traffic and referral information to understand how people find our website and evaluate advertising performance.
When you provide contact information, we use it to respond to you, provide requested services, send lawful communications with consent where required, and honor opt-out requests.
We also maintain information reasonably necessary to protect our services, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We do not use information for materially different purposes without providing notice and obtaining consent when required.
3. When we disclose information
We may provide information to service providers that help us operate our website, manage inquiries, deliver communications, and provide requested services. These providers must handle personal information under appropriate contractual restrictions. Our website transmits information to Meta through the Meta Pixel for traffic and advertising measurement. Meta may associate this information with a Meta account and process it under its own Privacy Policy. This disclosure is separate from information handled by providers working solely on our behalf. When we process information solely on a clientâs behalf, we follow the clientâs lawful instructions and our agreement. The clientâs privacy notice explains its own information practices. We may disclose information when legally required, when reasonably necessary to protect rights or address fraud, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.
We do not sell or disclose mobile numbers or SMS opt-in records to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process this information on our behalf to deliver messages and support the messaging program.
4. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
The Facebook (Meta) Pixel is our only website analytics or advertising tracking tool. It uses cookies and similar technology to measure visits, referral sources, and website activity.
Although our purpose is to understand traffic and advertising performance, information transmitted through the pixel is not necessarily anonymous. Meta may connect website activity with other information it holds.
Disclosures used for advertising across different businessesâ websites or services constitute âsharingâ under California privacy law. Where applicable, you may opt out through [insert working âDo Not Sell or Share My Personal Informationâ link]. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where legally required.
You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Browser cookie settings are separate from your statutory right to opt out of sale or sharing.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.
5. Marketing choices and call recording
Marketing consent is obtained separately where required and is not a condition of purchase.
You may opt out free of charge by replying STOP to a text, using an email unsubscribe link, telling our representative, emailing info@syndicatemarketing.com, or using another reasonable method.
We honor requests promptly and within applicable legal deadlines, including any requirement to stop immediately. A permitted opt-out confirmation will contain no marketing.
A marketing opt-out does not necessarily stop essential account communications. However, we do not treat a message as exempt from consent or revocation requirements merely because it concerns your account.
Before recording or monitoring a call, we provide notice and obtain all participantsâ consent where required. If you decline, we continue without recording or offer another contact method.
6. Retention and security
We retain website traffic and referral information under our control only as reasonably needed to evaluate website traffic and advertising performance. Metaâs retention of information it receives is governed by its own policies and applicable obligations.
We retain voluntarily provided contact information and communications as needed to address your request, provide services, and satisfy applicable legal requirements. We keep the minimum information necessary to honor opt-outs and prevent unwanted contact.
Consent records and any lawful recordings are retained for applicable operational and legal purposes. Legal preservation duties may require longer retention.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it as permitted by law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information. No system is completely secure.
7. Your privacy rights
When applicable law grants you privacy rights, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale or sharing, or limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
California residents retain applicable rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not unlawfully discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
Submit requests using the contact information below. You may use an authorized agent, subject to legally permitted verification.
We may verify identity for access, correction, or deletion requests. We do not require identity verification for California sale/sharing opt-outs or requests to limit sensitive-information use, although we may request information reasonably necessary to process them.
We generally respond to California access, correction, and deletion requests within 45 days. Where permitted, we may extend that period by another 45 days after explaining the reason. Applicable California sale/sharing opt-outs and limitation requests are processed as soon as feasible, no later than 15 business days.
Residents of Washington and other states retain any additional rights available under applicable law. Where an appeal right applies, email us with âPrivacy Appealâ in the subject, and we will respond within the applicable deadline.
8. Information processed for clients
When acting solely as a clientâs service provider or processor, we handle personal information under its instructions and our contractual obligations. We assist with privacy requests or direct you to the responsible client as appropriate. We remain responsible for our own legal obligations.
9. Children and international visitors
Our services are intended for adults. If we learn that we collected a childâs personal information unlawfully, we take appropriate steps to delete it.
Our services are operated from the United States. Information may be processed where we and our providers operate, subject to applicable transfer requirements. Website use alone does not supply any legally required transfer consent.
10. Changes and your rights
We update this policy when our practices change and review California disclosures at least annually where required. Material changes receive additional notice when required.
Changes do not retroactively authorize new uses of information. We obtain additional consent where necessary.
Nothing in this policy requires arbitration, waives privacy rights, or restricts complaints to regulators.
